Holiness-What An Idea! is a forum for exploring and promoting the ideals that have sustained the Jewish people for millennia, values of kindness, compassion, generosity, respect, humility, patience, etc. I offer my voice and thought in opposition to the cruelty, indifference, self-interest, arrogance and violence have become the norm, even among our leaders, in these troubled times. It might seem that my focus is virtues or values but these are only stepping-stones on the path that leads to the ultimate possibility of our lives, which is to be holy.
